  5. Add the Smart Kolkata website URL (if available) in the About section.

3 Create YouTube Channel

  1. Go to youtube.com and sign in with the Smart Kolkata Google account.
  2. Click on your profile icon → Create a channel.
  3. Channel name: Smart Kolkata.
  4. Add channel description: Kolkata, sorted for you. We cut through the noise and deliver curated recommendations — cafes, hidden gems, experiences, and city living. No fluff. Straight to value. New videos every week.

4 Create LinkedIn Company Page

5 Set Up Meta Business Suite & Ad Account

  1. Go to business.facebook.com.
  2. Click "Create Account" → business name: Smart Kolkata.
  3. Add your Smart Kolkata Facebook Page to the Business Suite.
  4. Connect the Instagram account: Go to Settings → Accounts → Instagram accounts → Connect.
  5. Go to Ad Accounts → Create a new ad account.
  6. Ad account name: Smart Kolkata – Launch Ads.
  7. Set timezone: IST (India Standard Time), currency: INR.

  4. If the result isn't great, regenerate 2-3 times and pick the best one.
  5. Upload the best version as DP on all 4 platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Create a square profile picture (1:1 ratio) for a mysterious pre-launch social media page.   1. Open the mystery DP images you generated yesterday in Canva.
  2. Create a new design: 1080 × 1080 px (Instagram profile picture size).
  3. Upload the best DALL-E generated image and fit it to the canvas.
  4. Fine-tune if needed: adjust brightness/contrast slightly so the "?" pops more on a dark background.
  5. Export as PNG, high quality.
  6. Re-upload to all 4 platforms if the Canva-polished version looks better than what you uploaded yesterday.

2 Generate the Official Launch DP (The "Reveal" Version)

This is the confident DP that will replace the mystery "?" on April 26 (brand reveal day). We're creating it NOW so it's ready.

  1. Open ChatGPT and paste the prompt below.
  2. Generate 3–4 variations and pick the best.
  3. Then open Canva and overlay the Smart Kolkata logo on it (use the PDF logo file provided).
  4. Make sure the logo is centered, legible, and works as a small circular profile picture.
  5. Export as PNG, high quality.
  6. DO NOT upload this anywhere yet. Save it in a folder called Smart Kolkata Assets → DPs.

1 Script: 15-Second Dark Teaser Video (for April 20 — Day 1)

This is the very first video anyone will see. It must create intrigue without revealing anything.

1 Produce the 15-Second Dark Teaser Video

  1. Open Canva and follow the "CANVA — 15s TEASER" instructions from yesterday's script exactly.
  2. Create the vertical version (9:16) first — this is the primary format for IG + FB Reels.
  3. Watch the full video at least 3 times. Check: Does the text timing feel right? Is the mood dark and intriguing enough?
  4. Adjust: If text appears too fast, increase slide duration by 0.5 sec. If music doesn't match, try different tracks.
  5. Export vertical version as MP4.
  6. Duplicate the design → change dimensions to 1920 × 1080 (16:9) → adjust element positions for horizontal → export as MP4.
  7. Save both files: Teaser_15s_Vertical.mp4 and Teaser_15s_Horizontal.mp4.

2 Produce the 30-45 Second Brand Reveal Video

  1. Open Canva and follow the "CANVA — BRAND REVEAL" instructions from yesterday.
  2. Start with the vertical version (9:16).
  3. For the logo reveal moment: upload the Smart Kolkata logo (from the PDF) and use Canva's "Pop" or "Rise" animation for maximum impact.
  4. The most important moment: the transition from "?" to logo. Spend extra time making this feel smooth and dramatic.
  5. Watch the full video 5+ times. The reveal should give you chills.
  6. Export both vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) versions.
  7. Save: BrandReveal_Vertical.mp4 and BrandReveal_Horizontal.mp4.
